Conley Gibbs, Jr. is a Chicago native, who began public ministry at age twelve under the leadership of Dr. David C. Penn. Brother Gibbs holds Undergraduate Degrees in both Business Administration and Human Development. He has a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. He authored the marriage enrichment book, A Symphony: Creating the Sound of Marital Harmony. A sought after speaker, his speaking highlights include the National Lectureship, Midwest Lectureship, Michigan State Lectureship, National Singles Seminar, Chicago Singles Seminar and Midwest Youth Conference. Brother Gibbs' ministry includes radio, jail, community outreach, singles & marriage workshops and family counseling. His community endeavors have included service in the following capacities: Board of Directors, Friendship Manor Assisted Living Community Committee Member, Rock Island Community & Economic Development Commission Board of Directors,Community Caring Conference of Rock Island Board of Directors,Circle of Love Community Development Corporation

Donita Gibbs is a loving wife and mother, who works tirelessly to support her husband's many ministry endeavors. Sister Gibbs holds Undergraduate Degrees in both Computer Programming and Human Development. She works as a Sunday School Teacher, Youth Director and has committed herself to the development of Christian youth. Sister Gibbs travels with her husband to conduct Singles Seminars, Marriage Workshops, and has served as a facilitator for various youth functions. Brother and Sister Gibbs are happily married and they have two children, Jasmine and Conley III.
